Although we are all determined to do our best, sometimes things
don't go according to plan. We recognise that it is important to anticipate risks and be prepared to take action
to minimise problems.
Accidents are always recorded and discussed with
you, as too are occasions when we are happy to assist with your child's medication, if needed. Our policy is not to contact
you unnecessarily but in an emergency we will contact you and arrange for medical supervision.
All nursery staff receive paediatric first aid training.
In you need to complain, we
have a thorough procedure to deal with your concern. The nurseries are individually registered with Ofsted.
